José Ferreira Martins Filho, better known as Ferreira Martins, is one of the most renowned Brazilian publicity announcers.
He took his first steps, as a boy, at Rádio Difusora de Rancharia, starting his career at Rádio Piratininga in São Paulo, later transferring to Radio Bandeirantes with his “Programa da Tarde”. He was one of the voices of the news on the extinct TV Tupi in São Paulo from the 1960s to 1971, when he became an occasional presenter on Jornal Nacional between 1972 and 1974. first half of the 1980s. While he was at Band, he was also an announcer on Rádio Bandeirantes in São Paulo, where he was the standard voice and participated in almost all programs – the main one being the newscast Primeira Hora.
