He worked for several stations in Minas Gerais and in the interior of São Paulo, abroad in London for the BBC Brazilian Service and for the IOC Central Information Office, recording as a presenter for a variety show. In the capital of São Paulo, he worked as a presenter and radio actor for Rádio São Paulo in 1970. Having worked as a radio announcer since 1968, working for half a dozen AM stations, in 1974 he was invited to create and direct the programming of a future radio network. Rede Transamérica, and to keep it on the air temporarily, he was its only voice for a few months. presenting programs, recording commercial voiceovers and radio journalism, while leading the work of implementing the network's programming profile. Inaugurating Brasília, Recife and Curitiba, he left shortly before putting the São Paulo station on the air.
