Phil is an American-Brazilian actor who works as an announcer, voice actor, singer and master of ceremonies in English, Portuguese and Spanish in Brazil and the United States.
He studied theater and acting in the USA, England and Brazil. He graduated in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM and in Entertainment Business from the University of California UCLA.
On television, in the USA he has worked with Kiefer Sutherland on the series “Touch” shown on the FOX channel and on the series Black Jesus, shown on Adult Swim on the Cartoon Network channel. In Brazil he worked at Rede Globo in the series Casos e Acasos, A Diarista, Fazer História, Album de Casamento, Retrato Falado and in the soap opera Senhora do Destino. On SBT, he played Adolfo Coimbra in the soap opera Os Ricos Also Choram and was the voice of the reality shows Casa dos Artistas and the Grande Perdedor. Phil was also the voice of Canal 21 on Rede Bandeirantes and the voice of promos and calls for TV Cultura and the Film & Arts channel.
In cinema, he acted in American feature films such as Snake King by Allan Goldstein, with Stephen Baldwin (Equity), Woman on Top by Fina Torres, with Penélope Cruz (Fox) and in short films such as Stuffed by Gabby Egypt, in which he was nominated for an award. Best Actor at the Atlantic City Film Festival. In Brazil, he acted in Caixa 2 by Bruno Barreto, Acquaria by Flávia Moraes, Lost Zweig by Silvio Back, Be what God wants by Murillo Salles, O Palhaço by Selton Mello and in the short films O Muro by Pedro Dulce, O Pai by Manuel Rangel , Viva by Arturo Querzoli, Brazil – The New World of Albert Eckhout by Omar F. Aly and Nunc et Semper by JR Torero.
In dubbing, he has already recorded versions of series and cartoons for the Discovery Kids channels, Cartoon Network, in addition to dubbing in English versions of commercials for festivals such as Cannes, Clio, London, and NY.
For the advertising market, he has performed and recorded voice-overs for numerous commercials, corporate videos, websites and events.
